Our parent groups are designed to allow parents to meet up and talk about the challenges and joys of parenting. Some groups are specific to children’s age ranges, particular issues or have developed from a community course.

We are now running SEEDS – Helping Parents Grow.

SEEDS offers parents a casual & confidential ‘drop in’ style parent network to help strengthen parenting skills peer to peer.  These groups are facilitated by parent mentors to provide guidance and education.  Topics of discussion can include but are not limited to; strengths, anxiety, siblings, listening, boundaries, routines, positive parenting, development stages and resilience.

If you have a particular query or concern you wish to discuss, please drop in and speak to one of our Parent Mentors.

This is a free service and children are welcome.

You can find your local SEEDS group running this term please view here –  SEEDS Registration Flyer Term 3 2017.
